This Privacy Policy explains how Cozy & Sorted ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit cozyandsorted.com (the "Site"). We are based in France and act as the data controller for any personal data processed through the Site, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
The Site is currently a simple informational website. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run contact or newsletter forms at this time, so we do not directly collect personal data such as your name or email.
Like most websites, our hosting and network providers automatically process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs, for the purposes of delivering the Site securely and preventing abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
If we add features in the future — for example an email newsletter — we will collect that data only with your consent and will update this policy to describe it before doing so.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our network provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the Site secure and available. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies later, we will request your consent first.

Cozy & Sorted participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program and others. Some links on the Site and on our social profiles are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, the destination retailer (for example Amazon, Etsy or Wayfair) may set its own cookies and process your data according to its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

- Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery / security.
- Hetzner Online GmbH — website hosting (data centre in the EU).
How long we keep data
Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. We do not build marketing profiles from Site visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@cozyandsorted.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
